Return Policy
Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. In the highly unlikely event that burning your candle has not solved all of your most thorny issues (or at a minimum provided you with a few moments distraction), please call us at 1-800-947-9078, fax us at 800-815-4404 or email us at cs@chickwicks.com.
When calling about your purchase, please have the information label from the bottom of the product. Sometimes we may want the product returned before we can issue a credit. After we assess what the heck went wrong, we like to keep them around the building to toss at each other when we run out of PMS Mood Tamer.
All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Security
We make every effort to protect your online order information. If you are using a browser version 4.x or higher, all information that you submit during the ordering process will be automatically encrypted for security. To check the security of your on-line order connection, you can look at the lower panel of your browser window -- if you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. Also, when accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address typically will be "https".

Shipping/Order Fulfillment
Following credit card approval, a standard order will be processed within 24-48 hours (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). However, all orders are subject to review and verification. Orders are subject to cancellation without notice. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of items in stock. This means you need to plan ahead sufficiently to get the benefits of Snag-A-Man before Saturday night date night.
We ship via UPS. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Items are not charged to your credit card until shipped. A valid telephone number is required for all orders. Our shipping charges for the Continental US are as follows:
